Process and conditions

• Upon Ordering the Report, we will contact you.
• A deposit of C$250 is requested to begin our service.
• You receive a full refund if your cancellation is before the Discovery–Dialogue Meeting with which we begin.
• $150 is refundable upon cancellation after the Discovery Dialogue Meeting.
• 50% of the full cost of The Report is due when cancellation is after 3 days.
• The timing of the cancellation refund after the Discovery–Dialogue Meeting is up to the end (midnight) of the 3rd day or the end of the following Monday if the 3rd day is a weekend.
  Example: If the Discovery–Dialogue Meeting is on a Wednesday, the third day is Saturday. Cancellation refund is then offered up to midnight on the following Monday. Timing is based on receipt of an email or other document.
• If any revision to the cost of the Report is required, you will be notified. The 3 day cancellation/refund period begins after the date of written notification of change to cost is sent to you by email.
